University of kashmir Srinagar advertised for Engagement of Contractual Lecturers for the Academic Arrangement-2023.

Online applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the engagement of contractual lecturers purely as academic arrangements for the Session-2023 at Main Campus.

The hard copy of the downloaded application form completed in all respects along with relevant documents should be submitted in the office of the concerned Dean’s of the Schools.

A. Subject:-Centre for Womens Studies &

Research (Gender Studies) post 2.

Essential Qualification:- PG in Social Sciences having specialization in women issues/Gender issues in their field of research.

Desirable: Gender Studies/Women’s Studies.

(B) subject:-Institute of Kashmir Studies

(Anthropology) post 1

Essential Qualification:- PG in Anthropology or allied subjects (Sociology/Social work, Archaeology & Linguistics).

> 2.School of Education & Behavioral Sciences:

Subject:-M.P.Ed post 3.

Essential Qualification:- PG in Physical Education.

> 3.School of Earth & Environmental Sciences:

(A). Subject:- Environmental Sciences post 4.

Essential Qualification:-PG in Environmental Sciences.

(B). Subject:- Geo-informatics post 4.

Essential Qualification:- M.Sc/M.Tech in Geo-informatics/GIS/Remote Sensing/Geomatics.

M.Sc in Geology/Applied Geology/Geophysics with PG Diploma in Remote Sensing & GIS.

Desirable: Ph.D in Geo-informatics/Remote Sensing & GIS/Geomatics.

Ph.D in Geology/Applied Geology/Geophysics with PG Diploma in Remote Sensing & GIS.

Essential Qualification: Zoology/Botany/Biotechnology/ Bio-resources.Specialization: Biodiversity Conservation,Palynology, Plant Embryology, Economic Botany, Animal Resources, Animal Cell and Tissue Technology, Entomology, Immunology, Microbiology, Parasitology, Bioinformatics.
