The said engagement shall be terminable at the discretion of the SKIMS even before the expiry of, scheduled duration of
engagement without assigning any reason or till such time the post(s) is /are filled on substantive basis by the Competent Authority, whichever is earlier.

10+2 qualification with SL2 (15900-50400) Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) The selected applicants shall receive apprenticeship training for 3’months.
Terms and Conditions
SKIMS Soura nursing Recruitment, Nature of The engagement:- The engagement against the advertised vacancies shall b temporary and will b
governed by the Rules notified vide Government Order No. 46- SKIMS of 20 19 Dated: May 16. 2019 or the rules as may b
framed by the Institute from time to time without conferment of any preferential right on the engages for regular appointıment against these posts,
which shall b made strictly in accordance with the recruitment rules governing the post.
SKIMS Soura Nursing Recruitment, Period :- For a period of 6 months, terminable at the discretion of the SKIMS even before the expiry of scheduled duration of engagement without assigning any reason.
Consolidated monthly salary:
The temporary engagees shall b paid consolidated monthly Salary at the
minimum of Pay Level in accordance with Government Order No. 46-SKIMS of 2019,dated May 16-2019.
SKIMS Soura Nursing Recruitment Agreement:-
Therefore The engagement shall have to enter into an agreement with Sher-[ Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences to the effect that he/she
will not leave/give-up the assignment before the completion of 6 months’ contract.
However Abandoning/terminating of the agreement of months’ term, as the case may b, will require one month’s prior notice from the engage,

failing which the consolidated wages will not b paid for one month to the engage,
Further which shall always remain in deposit with the SKIMS and shall b released on completion of sanctioned term.
However, Sher-1-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences reserves a right to cancel the engagement term at any stage without any prior notice to the engagees.

Other Conditions:
1. Sher-1-Kashmir Institute of Medica! Sciences reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised
vacancies at any point of time during the currency of engagement process or not to fill up any advertised post without citing any reasons.
2. However In case any vacancy of Nursing Aids gets filled up on regular basis during the intervening period from the date of issuance
of notification to the date of engagement, such vacancy shall b deemed to have been withdrawn/ deleted from the
notification and the final engagement shall b made as per availability of vacancies at the time of selection.
In addition to above, the applicant shall b required to provide the following information while filing up of the online application form:

a.If there is/are any criminal proceeding(s) pending against the applicant?
b. Are any proceedings in respect of an offence alleged to have ben committed by
the applicant before a Criminal Court in India?
c.Has any warrant or summon(s) for applicant’s appearance ben issued and pending before a Court under any law for the time beeing in force?
d.Has a warrant for the applicant(s) arrest ben issued by a Court under any law for the time being in force?
e.Has an order prohibiting applicant(s) departure from India ben made by any Court?
f. Have the applicant at any time been convicted by a Court of Law for any
offence involving moral turpitude and sentenced in respect thereof to imprisonment?
