Nature of engagement:
Health Job In Kashmir :The engagement against the advertised posts shall b purely on Academic
Arrangement basis only without conferment of any right for regular appointment against these posts.
Period:- For a period of one year extendable up to maximum of six years (on yearly basis subject to the satisfactory performance)
or till the selection is made by the competent authority on regular basis whichever is earlier.
Salary:- therefore The engaged shal b paid with the salary of the minimum of pay scale in accordance with S.O 364 dated 27-1 | -2020
Agreement :- The selected candidates have to enter into an agreement with this
institution to the effect that they will not leave the job before the completion of one year contract.
Meanwhile Abandoning / termination of the agreement as the case may b will require one months prior notice on either failing
which the salary wil not b paid for one month to the incumbent which shall always remain in deposit with the
department and always remain in deposit with the department shal b released on completion of term.
Age:- The age of the applicant at the time of application form must not b Below 18 years and Above 65 years
Cut Off date:- The cut-off date to determine the eligibility of age, requisite original documents (DOB, category, Degree, Diploma etc.) shall b 13-07-2023.

1.The selected candidates must b in possession of all required documents at the time of document verification and
no document /certificate issued beyond the cut-off date shall b accepted / entertained
2. The appointment under these rules shall not entitle the appointee to any preferential claim for regular appointment.
3. Further, the appointment on academic arrangement basis shall by itself stand terminated on the attainment of 65 years of age by the appointee.
