The Division of Fruit Science, Faculty of Horticulture at SKUAST Kashmir is seeking applications for the role of Project Associate – I. This contractual position is part of the innovative project titled “Smart Irrigation Scheduling Using IoT in Apple,” located at the Shalimar Campus.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute project activities related to optimizing irrigation scheduling using IoT technology in apple cultivation.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Horticulture, Botany, Plant Science, or Plant Physiology.
Desirable Qualifications:
- NET qualification and experience in Irrigation Scheduling using Sensors at the postgraduate level.
Salary:
- The monthly salary is ₹25,000/- plus HRA.
