Firstly 80 points for basic qualification
Secondly 05 points for higher qualification
And third 05 poin for teaching experience (polytechnic Diploma level or high level) prorated basis (01) point for each academic year
Fourth 05 points for GATE/NET/SET/M. Tech
And also fifth 05 points for interaction
