Appointment of Multitasking Staff (Class-IV) in the Higher Education Department under Divisional Cadre (Jammu Division). Government Order No.124-JK(HE) of 2023.
Overview
In continuation to Government Order No. 235-JK(HE) of 2022 dated 29.10.2022, Government Order No. 06-JK(HE) of 2023 dated 06.01.2023 and Government Order No. 78-JK(HE) of 2023
dated 23.03.2023 and on the recommendations of the J&K Services Selection Board, sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of
Mr. Jaswinder Singh S/o Gurbachan Singh R/o VPO Rajpur Kamila Quila Darhal Rajouri as Class-IV (now Multi Tasking Staff)
under OM/HCL category on temporary basis in the Higher Education Department in the Pay Level of SL-1 (14800 47100) with immediate effect:
The appointee shall report to Government Degree College, Rajouri within a period of twenty one (21) days from the date of issuance of this order failing which
he shall forego his right to appointment and the same shall b deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio without any further Notice.

DETAILS
Government order:The appointee shall b allowed to join only on the production of the following certificates (in original) to b verified subsequently:
Academic/Qualification Certificates.
ii. Matriculation/Date of Birth Certificate.
iii Health Certificate from the concerned Chief Medical Officer of the District. Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
That if the candidate has taken loan for self employment from DIC /Employment Department, to b ascertained from the District Industries Centre (DIC) and also
District Employment and Counseling Centre of the domicile District, he/she shall relinquish the proprietorship of unit/enterprise and also stakes,
if any, in such self-employment unit/enterprise before joining the Government Service.
He/she shall b required to repay the entire loan liability in suitable EMIs to b worked out by the DDO concerned from his/her salary.

Government Order :-DDO concerned shall obtain an affidavit from the concerned appointee regarding both relinquishment of proprietorship and stakes,
if any, in such a self-employment unit/enterprise and recovery to b made and also personally monitor its recovery”.
vi. Valid relevant Category Certificate, if any applicable.
vii. Any other certificate required under rule.
Therefore The appointment of the above candidate shall further b subject to the following conditions:
a. The clearance received from the Criminal Investigation Department, J&K İs provisional and it shall b mandatory for the appointee to fill
in the Verification Rolls (V-Rolls) as available through the online mode under the Electronic Employment Verification System (EVS).
Meanwhile Any false information provided by the appointee or an adverse finding subsequent to the V-Roll submitted electronically
shall result in cancellation of appointment ab-initio without any further notice.
b. However The appointee shall furnish an Undertaking in the shape of an Affidavit to the effect that the appointee have
no criminal records and also not facing any criminal proceedings in any court of law as per Annexure-A to this order.
c. If, on verification of the qualification certificates/DOB and other documents from the concerned issuing authority
are proved fake/forged, the claim of the appointee for appointment as (Class-IV) shall b deemed to have cancelled ab-initio
and the legal action as warranted under rules shall b initiated against his/her.

d. Government Order:-The salary of the appointee shall not b drawn and disbursed to them unless the satisfactory reports in respect of genuineness of
Qualification/Date of Birth/Relevant Category Certificate and Final Character & Antecedents Report is received from the concerned Authorities/Agency.
The appointee shall b on probation for a period of two years.
f. Further The appointment of the appointee shall b governed by the “New Pension Scheme” as notified vide SRO-400 of 2009 dated 24.12.2009.
