Doordarshan Kendra, Jammu is looking for candidates for the position of Casual Assignees in various categories. The opportunity is on an assignment basis in different categories such as Anchor-cum-Correspondent, Copy Writer, Broadcast Assistant and Post Production Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anchor-cum-Correspondent: To anchor news bulletins, conduct outdoor shoots, report and create packages for news and features.
- Copy Writer: To write scripts for news bulletins and other programs.
- Broadcast Assistant: Assisting in production control room and studio.
- Post Production Assistant: Editing of programs, promo and packages.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidates should have a PG Degree/Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication from a recognized university with experience in the relevant field.
- Experience of working in the field of broadcasting or with private news channels is highly desirable.
Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be based on Written Test, Audition and Interview.
