The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the Common University Entrance Test – Undergraduate (CUET-UG) will be conducted between May 15 and May 31, 2024. However, there is a significant overlap with the election dates on May 20 and May 25.
Application Deadline and Impact on Datesheet
The deadline for CUET-UG applications is set for March 26, 2024. Post this date, the NTA will have a clear picture of the number of students who have registered for the CUET-UG and their geographical distribution across the country.
Adjustments Due to Elections
Given the clash with the election schedule, the NTA will make informed decisions to adjust the datesheet accordingly. The aim is to ensure that all registered candidates can take the exam without any inconvenience due to the elections.
Announcement of Final Datesheet
The final datesheet for CUET-UG, taking into account the election dates, will be announced shortly after the application process concludes. This will allow students to plan their preparation schedule effectively.
