Note: 01 post of Driver for District Srinagar has been already advertised by the Hon’ble High Court vide
Advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019. Therefore The candidates who have applied in pursuance to the said
advertisement notice need not to apply afresh and their already received forms already shall b considered.
The duly filled application form along with requisite documents shall reach this office by or before 15-09-2023
which shall b the last date for submission of application forms.
Application Forms submitted other than the offline mode shall not b accepted.
A candidate shall have to deposit fee of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) in the shape of Demand Draft from J&K Bank Ltd.
in favour of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Srinagar.
A candidate shall have to undergo a written test for assessment of his General Knowledge and the awareness about Traffic Rules.
On the basis of merit obtained in the written test, Therefore the candidates shall b called for driving test/determining the driving skill in the ratio of 1:5.
Meanwhile The final selection of the candidates for the above mentioned posts shall b made
on the Cumulative grade of the marks obtained in the written examination and the driving test.
Therefore The persons who are already engaged on adhoc or daily wage basis in the Courts of Srinagar District
shall b eligible to apply irrespective of the minimum and maximum standards of age,
and they shall deemed to have beeen given relaxation in the minimum and maximum standards of age.
In-service candidates shall route their application forms for the post through proper channel only.
However Wide publicity shall b given through print and electronic media, official website https://districts.ecourts.gov.in/srinagar
about the venue, dates of the written/driving skill tests for the information of the eligible candidates.
